Your mind is like a sword
The mind can be a powerful tool, like a sword. Swords can be used for greatness and protection like the tales of King Arthur with his sword Excalibur or pain and sorrow like many innocent people being beheaded by ISIS in the middle east. But this sword is merely a piece of metal. It is what the wielder decides to do with it will depend on if this tool can be used for extreme positive or extreme negative. Let us now look at the mind. It can be a great tool, it can be one of our greatest assets for achieving worldly and spiritual greatness or it can also take us to the lowest of the lows.
